ABOUT
GRADUAL REOPENING OF THE MAISON DE L'EAU
Starting November 1st, the Maison de l'eau, located in Lucien-Blanchard Park, will be open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. throughout November to allow for a smooth transition back into the premises. As a reminder, the premises had been loaned to the Club nautique de Sherbrooke, which had to relocate following a fire.
Eventually, the Maison de l'eau will be open on Saturdays and Sundays.
Access to the Maison de l'eau is completely FREE!
Here's what you can do there:
- Watch new 360° films with our virtual reality headsets.
- Observe local animal species in their redesigned aquariums, vivariums, and terrariums.
- Buy a snack or drink a coffee.
- Chat with our staff, who can accompany you during your visit.
For the time being, the exhibition and activities at the Maison de l'eau are being managed by the Sherbrooke Museum of Nature and Science.
